A police report disclosed that Albert Alejandro y Solis, married, of Sitio Cuatro Ojos, Vitali escaped after killing Celestino Francisco y Pedro, 39, married, of Bataan, Vitali.

Police said a case of homicide has been readied against the suspect.

It was learned that Francisco went to the house of Alejandro and had a drinking spree.

When they were drunk, they figured in a heated argument that led to the shooting.

Police said Alejandro went inside his bedroom and armed himself with a 12-gauge shotgun and shot Francisco at close range.

Francisco sustained multiple pellet wounds in the head and body and died on the spot.

The suspect left the house bringing his shot gun.

The body was taken to the victim’s house.
