POLICE said they have already identified the thieves responsible for the series of deadly motorcycle heists in Cagayan de Oro that killed three persons in the last week.

 

Authorities are alarmed over the killings, especially the last one on Tuesday, where two armed men shot to death a motorcycle owner in front of many witnesses just outside a subdivision in Upper Carmen.
