A man inside a garbage bag believed to be a victim of summary execution was found in Pasig City yesterday morning.

C/Insp. Oscar Boyles, chief of the Pasig City Police-Station Investigation and Detection Management Branch, described the victim as a man wearing black t-shirt and  jersey black pants  about 5’4 in height, medium built, aging from 33-35 years old.

Boyles said victim has a gunshot wounds on his head and his hands were tied with a wire  .

Initial investigation showed, the unidentified body was discovered at around 8:30  am along F. Soriano corner Farian Creek, Brgy.Palatiw, Pasig City.

Police said,a street sweeper as one Jay Fabriag while walking at the area discovered the body of the alleged salvaged victim.

“Akala daw yung street sweeper basura nung buksan nagulat sya bangkay ng lalaki ang nakasilid dito, “Boyles added.

The street sweeeper  immediately reported his discovery to barangay officials of Palatiw who in turn called the police.

Boyles said, the victim believed to be not a resident in the area because no one can identify him  and could possibly killed in other place and was only dumped in Brgy.Palatiw.                Arlene Rivera
