MANILA – Another murder victim was found near the University of Santo Tomas on Friday.

The victim’s body was found near the corner of Dapitan and Geliños Streets at around 5 a.m.

The victim, who was discovered by a tricycle driver, was wrapped in a bed sheet and was in a fetal position. His head was wrapped in plastic and his hands and feet were tied with a nylon cord.

The victim wore a khaki shorts and white T-shirt.

A piece of cardboard with the message “Snatcher ako!!! Wag Pamarisan” was found on top of the body.

Last July 15, a man was also found dead at the corner of P. Florentino Street and Lacson Avenue.

The victim’s head was also wrapped in plastic and a piece of cardboard with the message “holdaper ako, snatcher susunod na” written on it was left on top of his body. – report from Noel Alamar, dzMM
