MANILA – An American man was shot dead in Better Living Subdivision in Parañaque City on Tuesday morning.Jeff Watts, 62, was inside his coffee shop at the corner of Swaziland and Suriname Streets when a baklava-wearing man shot him at around 8 a.m.The unidentified suspect fled the scene on board a motorcycle driven by another man who waited for him outside the establishment.Watts, who sustained two gunshot wounds to head, was declared dead on arrival at the Parañaque Doctor’s Hospital.The motive behind the killing has not yet been established. – report from Dennis Datu, dzMM
