AGA CITY – Seven men are facing kidnap for ransom charges before the Naga City Prosecutor’s Office  in connection with the abduction and illegal detention of a couple.  

They are engineer Ramil Milano, Totoy Ona, and five other suspects.

It was learned that Eliseo Cabautan Saturno and his wife Angelina, contractors of multi-million peso Naga City Coliseum, were fetched by Milano last Oct. 10. The couple claimed that they were met by six other men upon reaching the Maharlika Highway in Sipocot, Camarines Sur. Angelina said Milano forced her husband to sign documents indicating a profit-sharing scheme for the construction of the Naga Coliseum.

Their abductor also seized from the couple were P734,000 in cash and valuables.
