The victims were identified as Elicer Dinoy y Dicen, 18, ad Teddy Benigno y Romero, 33, both of Sagrada St., Camino Nuevo.

Police said the victims were stabbed by Louie Villablanca.

A police report disclosed that Dinoy and Benigno were walking on their way home around 10 p.m., passing Canelar Presa when Villablanca appeared and stabbed them without any word at a dimly lit corner.

Dinoy sustained a stab wound in the head and left arm while Benigno was wounded in the chest.

Witnesses told the police Villablanca fled after the incident while concerned residents rushed the victims to the hospital.
