The bodies of two “salvaged” persons (summarily executed) turned up in two separate locations in this city.
Residents of Justina Village in Tumaga-Putik were terrified to discover the body of an unidentified man believed to have been summary executed (salvage) yesterday morning.
A police report disclosed that the body was found amid bushes near a house.
The house’s occupants told the police that they discovered the body before sunrise yesterday.
Initial investigation showed the dead man was hogtied and his face was wrapped with packing tape.
The body bore no injuries or bruises and the only sign he was killed was the nose bleed.
No identification papers were found in his possession.
The dead man was described as 25 to 35 years old, medium built, with fair complexion and 5’3 to 5’4 in height.
Police said the body could have been dumped just few hours before the discovery yesterday.
In the afternoon, another dead man with similar signs of “salvage” was found at Sitio Talungun in San Roque.
The body with the severed head was spotted by some residents amid tall grasses
