2 men shot, wounded

CEBU, Philippines – Suspected gang members shot and wounded two young men early morning yesterday in barangay Gun-ob, Lapu-Lapu City.

Armelindo Ochea, 21 and Jesson Fegarido, 17, residents of the barangay, are now in critical condition.

The two boys were inside a convenience store with friends and relatives having a drink when armed men on a motorcycle shot at them.

Homicide section investigator PO3 Frederick Islet said the victims are being treated at the Mactan Doctors’ Hospital. – THE FREEMAN
