MANILA, Philippines – Police found the bodies of two suspected victims of a summary execution in an abandoned home in Barangay Tumana, Marikina City Thursday night.

The two male bodies were found in a house along Malunggay St. at around 7 p.m.

Police said a “concerned citizen” informed them about the bodies through a text message.

Barangay official Rommel Gaspar, who was the first to respond to the scene, said the hands of the victims were tied together.

Authorities suspect that the victims died from strangulation.
