MANILA — A 1-year-old Russian-Canadian boy and his 17-year-old babysitter were abducted in Pagadian City Thursday morning, authorities said.
Initial investigation showed that the babysitter took the boy for a stroll at a tennis court in Rosario Homes Subdivision at around 6:30 a.m.
The two, however, failed to go home, prompting the boy’s family to alert authorities.
