CEBU, Philippines – A seaman lost his life to two unidentified robbers who barged into his house in Sitio Tunga, barangay Cantuod, Balamban, Cebu last Sunday evening.
The robbers shot Vincent Delfin Recamora, 43, at close range several times before taking away some P300,000 from him.
Recamora was watching television in their living room when the two unidentified armed robbers, wearing all black and bonnets to hide their faces, entered the house by destroying their backdoor.
SPO3 Arvie Banate told The Freeman that the wife of Recamora saw the two robbers but failed to recognize them because their faces were covered. The wife who was inside the bedroom together with their four year old child was allegedly alerted by the commotion in their living room when her husband tried to fight with the robbers.
