A man surrendered to the police on Sunday and revealed the rotting corpse of his former girlfriend inside his house in Guagua, Pampanga.

Suspect Rowell Niric called the sister of the victim, 21-year-old Lhaylannie Endozo, and asked her to go to his house accompanied by policemen. Niric apparently was about to surrender to authorities after strangling Endozo to death.

The police then found Endozo’s remains inside Niric’s bedroom.

Endozo’s sister said Niric and the victim had been separated for over a year, but the suspect could not let go of his feelings for the victim.

A witness claimed seeing Niric beating up Endozo last February 15, Friday
