“PINA-INOM po nila ako ng pina-inom, nang mahilo ako ay niyaya nila ako sa bahay ng isa sa anim na magkakasamang suspek at doon po nila ako hinubaran at isa-isa nila akong hinalay.”
Thus said Joan, 15, (not her real name), when accompanied by his father to the Antipolo City police station to file her complaint yesterday.
In her sworn statement to case officer, PO2 Jeare Agra, the victim claimed that she was abused, happened at about 7:30 Saturday night after being invited by one of the suspects to a snack at an eatery at Bgy. Dela Paz, Antipolo City.
But instead of just having a snack, the suspect bought bottles of liquor and they had a drinking session.
The victim said she tried to decline but the suspects forced her to drink until she became dizzy.
“Hindi na po ako nakatanggi, hanggang sa mahalata ko na sunod-sunod na ang tagay nila sa akin hanggang sa mahilo ako at inalalayan ako ng mga suspect at dinala ako sa isang bahay,” she said.
The victim said two of the suspects held her while the others took off her pants, forced her to lie on the floor and took turns in molesting her.
“May humahalik po sa aking dibdib at labi habang may lumalamas sa ari ko hanggang sa maramdaman ko na may pumapatong na sa akin, wala na po akong lakas kasi hinang-hina na po ako at tinatakpan nila ang bibig ko para di ako makasigaw, hanggang sa mawalan ako ng malay,” the victim said.
The victim said she woke up at around 9 a.m. yesterday and left the house while the suspects were still sleeping.
When she returned home, she told her ordeal to her father, who accompanied her to the police station to file the complaint.
A police team conducted follow up operation that resulted in the arrest of one of the suspects identified as Mark Mandano, alias “Bok-bo,” who was with his live-in partner.
Confiscated from Mandano was one caliber .38 revolver.
His alleged cohorts were identified as a certain Richard, Giegie, Jomar, Jason and Jhon.
