Equality before the Law

in

January 26, 2011 3:15 AM my home was stoned by my Farther in Law and Brother in Law after 2 months conflict on family matter (I have been seoarated with whom file a case against me (VAWC) which I do not commit (I have two witnesses neighbor) she have a medical test result.

That morning I saw the two riding on a motorcycle toward the Barangay Cockpit (Bulo-Bulo). On that day about 12:45 noon, I saw the father and son again going home, looking at me. I at look at them in return. They stopped, then the father asked me, ano ang iyong problema? Then because I know what they did that early morning I frankly answer them, baka ikaw ang me problema. With that, the latter got .38 pistol from his waist and aimed at me, I heared the gun click for 3 times but it does not goes off.

Of course I flee.

REQUEST ALL SHOPPING MALLS TO CREATE A SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES FOR CUSTOMERS' FIREARMS

in

I THINK IT IS A BAD IDEA TO PLACE YOUR LICENSED FIREARM WITH PTC INSIDE YOUR CAR TRUNK OR INSIDE YOUR CAR WHILE YOU ARE DOING YOUR SHOPPING WITH YOUR FAMILY, SINCE THERE A LOT OF REPORTED CAR THEFTS AND CARNAPPING INCIDENTS IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY.

AS LONG AS THE OWNER OF THE COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOST OF THE SHOPPER'S FIREARM WITH PTC INSIDE THE CAR. WE CAN EASE OUR WORRIES WHILE SHOPPING.

WHERE WILL WE PUT OUR LICENSED FIREARM WITH PTC  IF A LICENSED FIREARM BEARER DOESNT HAVE A CAR???? WILL HE BE DENY ENTRY INSIDE THE SHOPPING MALL BY JUST POSSESSING A LICENSED FIREARM WITH PTC ???

WHAT IS THE USE OF BEARING A FIREARM LICENSE  WITH PTC IF WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CARRY IT ANYWHERE ???? WHY SHOULD THE COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENT OWNERS NOT ALLOW LICENSED FIREARM WITH PTC INSIDE HIS MALL WHILE MOST OF THEIR SECURITY GUARDS ARE CARRYING UNLICENSED FIREARM OR SEVERAL FIREARMS BEARING THE SAME SERIAL NUMBER ????

HOW ABOUT THE CASE OF A TRAVELLER WHO FREQUENTLY TRAVEL AROUND THE ARCHIPELAGO ???? AND HE ENTERS A COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENT, WILL HE BE DENIED OF ENTRY JUST BECAUSE HE HAS POSSESSION OF A LICENSED FIREARM????

ATTENTION TO THE FIREARMS AND EXPLOSIVE OFFICE OF THE PNP  COMPEL ALL COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS' OWNERS LIKE SM, ROBINSONS, LANDMARK, AND HOTELS TO PLACE  SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES OR VAULTS INSIDE THE MALLS' ENTRANCES FOR THEIR SHOPPER'S FIREARMS WITH DUPLICATE KEYS (ONE FOR THE SECURITY VAULT KEEPER AND THE OTHER KEY FOR THE SHOPPER). THANK YOU AND MABUHAY !!!!!!!!

Loose Firearms/Gun Amnesty

in

Sirs/Ma'ams, a quick question.. I have a firearm which was left by my late grandfather, I think it previously had legal documentations, it expired, tapos hindi na yata na-asikaso later on.. I just want to ask kung pano siya ma-legally register under my name..

The firearm is in bad shape, needs restoration.. I've contacted a known firearms restorer, however, hindi daw sila nag-restore ng firearms without proper documents (which is a good thing)..

So to break it all down:

- old firearm, in badshape, most likely stuck-up

- i assume it was registered a long time ago, pero hindi na ngayon.. and yung papers niya dati, wala sa akin..

Any help and advise would be very much appreciated.. Thanks in advance..

Confusion over what kind of carry is allowed with a PTCFOR.

in

Hello responsible citizens--

I've been googling this topic a bit, and am now confused by the two conflicting circulars from the PNP. Some sources say that the "case" requirement is no longer in effect. Does anyone have definitive information from the PNP?

Until then, I'm sticking to what it says on my PCTFOR. >.<
